In a world dominated by conflicting interests, we all know a powerful truth: unity breeds strength.
The statement; "If All the Greedy People that Pollute can get Together & Show Strength in Unity – then Honest, Environmentalists Must Do the Same. You See – It’s as Simple As That," resonates deeply with those like me who share a passion for environmentalism and the pursuit of a sustainable future.
As an environmentalist and green coating enthusiast, I’ve come to understand the urgency of taking action against the rampant pollution caused by greed-driven individuals and industries.
In this episode I look at how now is a time to forge a collective front.
It's not just a matter of personal beliefs; it's a call to arms for those dedicated to protecting our planet.
The battle between the greedy polluters and the honest environmentalists is at a crucial juncture.
The key lies in forming a united front, which has been a winning tactic since the beginning of time.
Imagine our impact of environmentally conscious individuals and organizations coming together, pooling their resources, and amplifying their voices.
It's a force that can't be ignored.
This unity is not just a unproven concept; it's a practical strategy for effecting change.
As a green coating enthusiast, my role in this movement is to simply spread the word on how eco-friendly, green coatings can make a difference in helping protect people and the planet.
While at the same time being a cost effective, long term solution that doesn’t hurt the environment or our natural world.
How we can simply combine nature and science for the good of all.
The protection of people and the environment is at the core of this movement, and by joining forces with like-minded individuals, we can create a more substantial impact.
Encasing the worlds buildings and structures in a shield of eco-friendly, long term, green coatings is not just about protection and aesthetics; it's a tangible step towards a cleaner, healthier planet.
One of the biggest things the right green coatings can do is restore old worn-out surfaces and stop the unnecessary practice of removing and replacing building materials before their time.
This one important step stops the harmful generation of damaging waste.
The creation of unhealthy scrap produces environmentally destructive CO2 emissions coming from the transportation and storage of that waste into our overflowing landfills.
In addition, the use of the right long term green coatings helps prevent the overuse and waste of our precious natural resources.
So, the restoration and long-term preservation of buildings and structures with the right green coatings is the most environmentally sound and economical choice.
Your dedication to this cause aligns seamlessly with the call for unity.
Together, as a collective force, we can amplify the message of environmental responsibility and promote sustainable practices.
The journey towards a green transformation starts with a simple yet powerful realization: unity is the key.

As we continue to champion the cause of protecting people and the environment with green practices including green coatings, remember that your efforts are part of a broader movement.
By standing together, honest environmentalists can inspire change, counteracting the detrimental effects of greed, and ushering in a new era of sustainable living.

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month including asbestos education, so this is a good time to raise awareness about preventing unnecessary exposure to asbestos that can cause lung cancer as well as contribute to other possible health concerns.

Short of moving your building or raising it up above flooding, the best approach to take to reduce storm, flooding and natural disaster losses is to simply use a proven coating to wind and waterproofthe surfaces in the path of destruction.

We recently passed the anniversary of 9-11-2001 tragedy of the attack on the Twin Towers in New York. I wanted to remind everyone that the effects of that fateful day are still being felt and especially by some of the heroes that were affected by the initial exposure and then the secondary exposure that took place during the cleanup. Some of those exposed were firefighters, police officers, EMTs (Emergency Medical Technician), construction workers, transit workers, cleanup workers, debris removal crews, truck drivers, nearby office workers, and Lower Manhattan residents.

I discussed in a recent blog the importance of keeping the aesthetics of a historic building intact. Making sure that the look and overall presentation on a structure is preserved is very significant. This is especially true with landmark properties that have prominent and distinct features. Preservation can become very difficult when it entails obsolete building materials that contain hazardous materials that are typically removed and replaced. Three of the most common of hazardous materials is lead-based paint, asbestos and PCBs. In the USA, lead was used in paints up until 1978. It then was banned for its negative health effects, especially with children in their developing stages. PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls, were banned from paints, caulking and surface coatings in 1979 and asbestos was banned in 1974. All these bans were due to the negative health and environmental effects of these products.
